• Records chain-of-custody (holder → carrier → permitted facility), including vehicle, site and facility details.
• Provides an electronic proof of delivery/collection (ePOD) for all movements.
• Produces audit-ready export bundles by job/date/lot for Article 27/28, GPP and Scope 3 reporting.
• Allows authorised stakeholders secure, instant access to movement records; data exportable to CSV/Excel.
• Maintains an immutable change log; aligns with GDPR and applicable national regulations.
Hub360 or proven equivalent functionality is required.
