All subcontractors, suppliers and hauliers must use a real-time digital evidence system (e.g., Hub360) to create a record for every movement of materials, products, and C&D waste. Each record shall include, at minimum: load type and quantity; time- and GPS-stamped events at lift and at destination; photos and/or authorised signatures; carrier/vehicle and facility details; and a complete chain-of-custody. The Contractor shall provide the Developer/QS with searchable access and one-click export packs to support valuations, audits and compliance (including Article 27/28, GPP, and Scope 3) within 24 hours.
