Construction & Infrastructure Materials — Live Proof of Movement & Reuse

Hub360 gives councils, developers and semi-states a real-time, time- & GPS-stamped chain-of-custody for every load of construction materials and C&D waste — quarry → site → facility. Contractors capture photos, signatures and GPS/time in the field; you export audit-ready bundles for Article 27/28, GPP and Scope 3 — with no extra admin on your side.

Trusted by public bodies & industry

In one line

Hub360 tracks every load of construction materials & C&D waste with photos, signatures and GPS/time so you can prove reuse and compliance without extra admin.

What Hub360 does
  • Real-time capture in the field by contractors
  • Chain-of-custody: holder → carrier → facility
  • Material reuse evidence (planings, aggregates, products)
  • Audit-ready bundles for Article 27/28, GPP, ESG
Use cases we cover
  • Manufacturer deliveries to site (blocks, roof tiles, precast, insulation) — live status & ePOD
  • Aggregates to site — fewer calls, proof at drop
  • Ready-mix plant → pour — water additions, sign-off, timestamps
  • C&D waste removal — GPS/time at lift & destination; permitted sites
  • Asphalt/planings reuse — circular reporting with geo-stamped evidence

Materials management & reuse — the pillars

Construction has lagged on digital. EU and public bodies are driving digitisation so stakeholders can share accurate, real-time information, make better decisions and cut waste.

1) Digitise the record at source

Create evidence in the field: time- & GPS-stamped ePOD with photos and signatures. One digital source of truth flows to client, council, QS and regulator.

  • Real-time capture by drivers & crews
  • Chain-of-custody (holder → carrier → facility)
  • Machine-readable records (time/GPS, photos, signatures)
2) Coordinate logistics in real time

Live dispatch & status across prime and subbies reduces empty miles, idle time and re-runs — fewer phone calls, fewer surprises.

  • Unified plan visible to all parties
  • Live status cuts idle & re-runs
  • Route & load optimisation (fewer trips)
3) Share evidence & insights

Turn the live record into decisions: audit bundles for Article 27/28 & GPP, exports for Scope 3, and circular-reuse reporting.

  • Audit-ready bundles on demand
  • CSV/Excel exports for Scope 3 & BI
  • Reuse visibility (planings, aggregates, products)
↓ Haulage & idle time
Fewer calls • Fewer re-runs
Faster approvals
Verifiable ePOD ends disputes
Less waste • Lower CO₂
Better routing & proven reuse

How it works on every flow

Plan & track every movement

One live plan for all materials & products — prime & subbies included.

  • Manufacturer products → site (blocks, roof tiles, precast, insulation)
  • Aggregates/quarry → site
  • Ready-mix plant → pour
  • C&D waste removal → permitted facility
  • Road planings/asphalt → reuse or licensed facility
Capture proof at source

Drivers create the record in the field; nothing to chase later.

  • GPS/time at lift & destination
  • Photos, signatures, notes; vehicle & site details
  • Weighbridge tickets; batch/mix info (e.g., water additions)
  • Multi-drop & return loads supported; offline-first
Share & report instantly

Everything lands in one searchable archive you can share.

  • Audit bundles for Article 27/28 & GPP
  • Material passports & reuse evidence
  • CSV/Excel exports for Scope 3 & BI

  • Chain-of-custody across lots & crews
  • Shareable audits; CSV/Excel exports
Used by councils, national authorities & manufacturers

Policy-friendly by design

Meet modern expectations without extra admin: Article 27/28 duty-of-care, Green Public Procurement, and Scope 3 visibility.

  • Holder → carrier → facility with time/GPS at lift & destination
  • Photos, authorised signatures, vehicle/site details
  • Exportable audit bundles for clients & authorities
Copy-paste tender wording

Vendor-neutral clause that shifts evidence capture to contractors and gives you audit-ready exports. (Not legal advice.)

Contractors must provide a digital evidence record for every material and waste movement, created in real time in the field and available to the Client within 24 hours. Each record shall include: time- and GPS-stamped events at lift and destination; load photos; authorised signatures; carrier, vehicle and facility details; and a complete chain-of-custody (holder → carrier → facility). The Client shall have read access to a searchable project archive and the ability to export audit-ready bundles suitable for Article 27/28 and Green Public Procurement reporting.

Frequently asked questions

Will this add work for council teams?

No. Contractors create records in the field via a simple mobile workflow. You only view and export when needed.

Does it work with many subcontractors?

Yes. Prime and subbies feed the same archive so nothing falls through the cracks.

What reports can we export?

Audit bundles for Article 27/28 duty-of-care, GPP/circular reporting packs, and CSVs to support Scope 3.

Do drivers need training?

Usually a short toolbox talk. The app is step-by-step and works offline.
